Certica was built to simplify and structure carrier verification before a load is assigned.
In freight, the decision often has to be made quickly, but the data sits across many registries, documents, and sources. You need to check the company, licences, VAT status, vehicle, documents, email address, domain, and other signals that may indicate risk.
Certica brings that process into one place. The system fetches and analyses data automatically, shows risk signals, and produces a report that documents the verification.
Who is behind Certica
Certica is built by Jakub Wujec and Jakub Żmujdzin, co-founders responsible for the technical development of the system.
We combine several years of experience in data science, machine learning, process automation, data integrations, and production systems. We have worked on projects involving large-scale data analysis, anomaly detection, decision automation, data pipelines, and tools that support operational teams.
We are not building Certica as a simple report generator. We are building an analytical system to help you assess risk faster and more consistently before you start working with a carrier.

Before Certica, we delivered technology projects for the transport and logistics sector. That work showed us how teams handle documents, counterparties, registries, and risk assessment day to day.
The problem is rarely missing data. It is scattered sources, different formats, manual comparison, and time pressure. Certica is designed to automate data collection and show concrete signals to review before you assign a load.
Why we focus on carrier verification
Carrier verification is one of the most important steps before a transport job. A company may exist, documents may look fine, and the contact may reply quickly, but risk can still sit in the details: a fresh domain, a suspicious email, ownership changes, inconsistent data, or gaps in registries.
Certica helps catch those signals earlier: before the decision, before the order is sent, and before freight reaches the wrong party.
How we build trust in the result
In Certica, what the user sees matters, but so does why the system shows it.
Every verification includes data sources, analysis rules, and detected risk signals. The user does not get a score without context. They see which items need attention and why the system flagged them.
Certica does not replace a forwarder's experience or internal procedures. It supports them with structured data, risk analysis, and a report that can document the verification process.
