RPSD: Czech transport licence check

RPSD is Czechia’s register of road transport operators. Search by IČO on booking day, confirm the concession is active, check cargo scope and heavy goods authorisation for your lane, and read eurolicence lines with active copies for cross-border work.

How to check an RPSD Czech transport licence step by step

RPSD public search is Search of a road transport operator at RPSD road transport operator search. Searchable by IČO without a login. Do not use /undertaker alone; that path 404s.

Step 1: open the RPSD Quick search

Go to RPSD road transport operator search. The page title is Search of a road transport operator. Use Quick search (Advanced search and Search by Community licences are also on this page).

Step 2: enter the IČO and press Search

In the Enter text field type the Czech IČO of the company you are checking and press Search. Results columns are Name, Registration number, Legal form of business, Street, Number, City.

Step 3: open the operator and read haulage scopes

Open the matching operator. Read haulage scopes Haulage <= 3,5t and Haulage > 3,5t, plus the vehicle count, against the lane and fleet story you were given.

Step 4: check eurolicence rows for cross-border lanes

For international lanes, read eurolicence number, kind CARGO, active copies, and valid from/until. A domestic concession without a valid eurolicence line does not cover EU cross-border haulage.

Step 5: save the result with the date

Save a screenshot or print of the RPSD page with the date you checked it, so the load file reflects the register state on booking day.

Certica

Don't want to do this on every booking?

Certica pulls data from the same registers, checks it, and shows a clear result: what is OK, and what needs clarifying before loading.

Red flags and common mistakes

No RPSD concession for the IČO

The company may exist in ARES without road haulage rights. Pause before cargo details go out.

Concession cancelled or suspended

Hard stop until the register shows an active concession for the pickup date.

Eurolicence missing on a cross-border lane

Domestic concession alone may not cover your EU lane. Requires review.

No heavy goods authorisation for a heavy lane

Scope mismatch between the concession and the load you want to book.
