MGSI eITP: Serbian transport licence check
MGSI eITP is Serbia’s public freight carrier and licence register used by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure. On booking day, open the public eITP app, find the carrier by matični broj (MB), confirm a valid freight transport licence and LOZP manager certificate, and check plates in the vehicle tab when you have them. PIB alone is not a reliable eITP carrier search key.
How to check an MGSI eITP Serbian transport licence step by step
Use the public eITP application at MGSI eITP public freight register. The MGSI ministry page embeds the same register.
Step 1: open the public eITP freight register
Go to MGSI eITP public freight register. Stay in the freight area (Teretni). The public app is the register forwarders use to confirm licensed carriers.

Step 2: find the carrier by matični broj
Open the Prevoznici carrier search and enter the 8-digit matični broj (MB). PIB alone will not give you a reliable hit here.
If you only have PIB, take the MB from the invoice entity, ask the carrier for the MB of the contracting company, or look up the taxpayer at Serbian tax register (PIB) and read the matični broj from that result. Then search eITP with that MB.
No freight carrier row for that MB means pause, even if the tax register still shows the company.
Step 3: read the transport licence and LOZP certificate
On the carrier result you want a freight transport licence code plus a LOZP manager certificate reference. Domestic and international codes differ. Match the scope to the lane.
Open licence detail when available. Valid status with a validity window that covers pickup is a go signal for the licence line. Missing, expired, or revoked status is a stop until cleared.
Step 4: check the booked plate in the vehicle tab when you have one
Open the Vozila vehicle search, enter the registration plate, and run the check. A licensed freight vehicle result shows the carrier name, MB, licence extract, and fleet context.
A plate that exists elsewhere but does not appear in the licensed freight fleet is a reason to pause before loading.
Step 5: save the result with the date
Save a screenshot or print of the carrier and licence result with the date you checked it. That is your record of what eITP showed on booking day.

No eITP freight carrier listing for the MB
No published freight haulage rights for this entity. Pause before cargo details go out.
Licence status not valid
Expired, revoked, or missing licence detail is a hard stop until cleared.
International licence missing on a cross-border lane
Domestic-only rights may not cover your haul. Clarify before you release pickup info.
Plate not in the licensed freight fleet
May indicate wrong truck assignment or capacity outside the licensed fleet. Confirm before loading.
