Enter the Lithuanian company code (įmonės kodas) of the carrier you want to check and run the search. The result lists the licences registered against that code.
Step 3: read the licence number, status, and validity dates
Open the licence record to see the licence number, its current status, and validity dates. Compare the validity end date to your pickup date rather than to today.
Step 4: check the community licence flag and transport manager
Look for the community licence flag if your lane crosses an EU border, and note the named transport manager where Vektra publishes one. A cross-border lane without a community licence flag needs a follow-up question.
Step 5: check the plate copy when you have one
If you have the tractor or trailer plate, the portal also lets you look up which carrier code a licence copy is registered to for that plate. A copy tied to a different carrier code than the one you verified is a subcontracting or identity signal worth clarifying.
