How to check a NER Slovenian transport licence step by step

Step 1: open the NER public company search
Go to NER Slovenian public licence search. The Podjetja tab is the company search. You can search by matična številka or company name.
NER needs the 10-digit matična, not the tax number alone. If the carrier sent only a Slovenian VAT or davčna, read the matična from the invoice entity or from the company register at AJPES company register (PRS), then come back here.
Step 2: enter the matična and run the search
Type the matična številka into the search field and submit. NER returns a results table when that company holds a published licence line.
No row means pause. A live company register entry without a NER goods line is not haulage rights.
Step 3: read the licence types on the result row
You need a goods transport licence type that matches the lane: community goods for cross-border, national goods for domestic. Passenger-only is a stop for freight.
Licence extract numbers may appear with the type text. Keep the extract reference if your process files register evidence.
Step 4: open the detail row for managers and extracts
Expand the company detail when the portal shows it. Detail rows list transport managers under Upravljavci and licence extracts under Izvodi licenc.
Compare the manager name with the booking contact when your process requires a named transport manager. Public NER does not publish licence validity end dates, so treat the published type and extract list as today’s snapshot, not a dated expiry calendar.
Step 5: save the result with the date
Save a screenshot or print of the NER result with the date you checked it. That is your record of what the register showed on booking day.
